Sisley Phyto Kohl Perfect Eyeliner. Kohl pencil with a unique molded texture enables pearl particle to be held adds shiny metallic highlights. It can add intensity to the eyes. In addition, high oils and waxes allows pencil to glide smoothly for easy application. The lead is firm and will be great for drawing perfect lines. Comes w/ Blender and Sharpener.

How to use:
To accentuate the shape of the eye, apply Phyto-Khol Perfect to the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible. You can also blend it into the eyelid using the sponge-tip. For a kohl effect, apply to the waterline. For a defined look, apply over eyeshadow and for a smokey effect, under eyeshadow.
