Are there any restrictions to awards points? |
|
There are certain actions that will not be valid for MyRewards Point earning such as: order adjustments, cancelled orders, replacement orders, returns, shipping and handling, surcharges, gift services, sales tax, store services, prior purchases, purchases made with an E-Coupon, purchases made with E-Gift Certificates, purchases made with Store Credit, discounts from promotional codes, or checking out as a guest. |
Do MyReward Points expire? |

Yes. Your MyReward Points expire two (2) years from the day your account was last active. An account is considered “active” if there has been at least 1 order placed or qualifying activity that has constituted in earning MyReward Points. Therefore, if your account is considered “inactive” your Available MyReward Points will be forfeited. |
How can I redeem MyRewards? |

You must be logged in to your Account in order to redeem your MyRewards. You will have the opportunity to apply your MyRewards to your order at Checkout. You can also redeem them as a gift card. |
How do I earn points? |
|
When making a qualifying merchandise purchase from our web store, you will be awarded MyRewards points.To keep track of the MyRewards points you must sign up for an account. If you had an account prior to 7/14/12, you must sign up again.Qualifying Merchandise PurchaseYou must login to your account when you make a purchase. For every purchase made, you will earn 1 MyRewards Point for every dollar spent on the total amount spent on products (not valid on discounts from promotional codes). See example earnings chart below. You must be logged into your account when you make your purchase so the points can be recorded.

What if I return a product where I have earned and redeemed MyReward Points? |

Returns must be made within the pending period. Contact Customer Care with any further questions or concerns regarding your return. |
What is the conversion of MyReward Points? |
|
Every 1,000 MyReward Points equates to $10.00. For every 1,000 MyReward Points you earn, your Available MyReward Points balance will display converted in increments of $10.00. You will be able to apply your MyReward Perks reward at Checkout. You will have the option to select which redemption value you would like to redeem on your order given that it is less than the total dollar amount of your shopping bag. See example conversion chart below.

What is the difference between “Pending” MyRewards Points and “Earned” MyRewards Points? |

Earned MyRewards Points will post to your account after 30 days of the ship date for domestic US shipments and 45 days for international shipments. Points will be considered “Pending” prior to the 30 day requirement for domestic US shipments and 45 days for international shipments. Only Earned MyRewards Points (Available MyRewards Points) count towards purchases. |

When I return a product, how are MyReward Points affected? |
|
If you return a product within the pending period of 30 days from ship date for domestic US shipments or 45 days for international shipments, you will not earn the points for the product returned. However, if you returned the product after the pending period we may forfeit your earned MyReward Points. |
Where can I see my point balance? |
|
Your MyRewards Points will be posted in your account under MyRewards. Simply log in to your account to view the MyRewards Points you have earned on your purchases so far. |
Why have I lost points? |
|
There are a couple of reasons you may see your “Available MyReward Points” balance decrease. Your MyReward Points expire two (2) years from the day your Account was last active. An account is considered “active” if there has been at least 1 order placed or qualifying activity that has constituted in earning MyReward Points. Therefore, if your account is considered “inactive” your Available MyReward Points will be forfeited. If your Account Balance was over 1,000 MyReward Points, you may have redeemed a MyReward reward. In this case, you will see your “Available MyReward Points” balance decrease by 1,000 MyReward Points or more depending on your MyReward reward redeemed which will be updated to “Redeemed MyReward Points”. |
